This Cherry Hills Village residence was originally designed in 2018 as a full custom-built home, with a later phase focused on reimagining the lower level as a more immersive and personalized space. The new scope carries through the language of the main house while allowing for a more expressive shift in tone below.
A speakeasy-inspired theater and bar anchor the design, with custom detailing throughout, from built-in glassware displays to a skyline mural that defines the cinema room. The result is a layered Denver residence that supports both entertaining and everyday life across every level of the home.
