Designed for a 150-unit multifamily property in Denver’s RiNo neighborhood, the interiors create an engaging, usable experience across shared spaces. The approach pairs classic elements with industrial finishes, creating a flexible backdrop for a range of resident lifestyles.

Common areas invite use throughout the day, with a mix of social and functional zones: a coffee bar, an evening bar, and activity spaces. Each area connects to the central pool and patio, creating a cohesive environment built for daily use and shared moments.
