This 1937 Tudor in a historic Denver neighborhood called for a focus on preservation, restraint, and lived-in comfort. Duet Design layered the interiors to honor the home’s original character while introducing a more personal and cohesive point of view. Existing architectural details were embraced, with each room shaped through a mix of inherited pieces, vintage finds, and carefully selected furnishings. Attention to scale, proportion, and craft brings continuity throughout the home. The result is a warm, collected family residence that reflects how good spaces evolve and are lived in over time, with light construction support from Duet Build.
