HOSPITALITY EXTERIORS

Originally an underutilized pool area, this Denver outdoor space was reworked to better serve residents and foster a more deliberate experience. The design introduced structure, comfort, and flexibility, transforming the area into a usable, active extension of the property for the whole community.

A custom pergola anchors the space, while outdoor grills, a firepit, and layered seating arrangements support everything from quiet afternoons to larger community gatherings. Framed by Rocky Mountain views, the result is a well-considered outdoor environment that residents now return to year-round, from morning to evening.
