HOSPITALITY REMODEL

Designed as both a working studio and a reflection of the Duet approach, this Denver high-rise office was reworked to support how the team operates and how clients experience the space. The design moves away from the typical corporate environment toward a more layered, residential sensibility.

Gathering spaces, work areas, and informal meeting zones offer flexibility throughout the day, while materials and furnishings draw on Art Deco, midcentury, and antique influences to create warmth and character. The result is an environment that feels comfortable and considered, offering a hospitality-driven experience inside a working design studio.
