This Platt Park home needed a clearer, more deliberate approach to bring character and personality to an otherwise disjointed structure. Duet Design, Duet Build, and Duet Forma aligned interiors, architecture, and construction to rework the layout and introduce bold, highly personal interiors. Rather than starting over, the focus was on transforming what already existed through strategic architectural updates and layered design decisions. Custom millwork, expressive materials, and refined detailing create a Denver home that feels distinct and fully realized. The result is a cohesive, design-forward space that balances creativity with real, everyday functionality.
