This project centered on evolving a childhood residence into a Denver home built for the next generation. Duet Design and Duet Build aligned interiors and construction to reimagine the layout with greater continuity, comfort, and clarity. Careful additions and targeted renovations introduced expanded living spaces, custom millwork, and a reworked lower level built for real family life. Material and finish selections balance freshness with familiarity, honoring the home’s history while supporting its future. The result is a cohesive, welcoming residence that carries a family legacy forward with ease.
