RESIDENTIAL REMODEL

This Slavin neighborhood home in Denver needed a more functional, long-term solution for a growing family relocated from New York City. What started as a targeted update evolved into full reconfiguration. Duet Design, Duet Build, and Duet Forma aligned architecture, interiors, and construction to rethink the layout, expand the primary suite, and rebuild the home from the inside out. Custom millwork, integrated detailing, and layered materials introduce East Coast character, while disciplined construction delivers lasting performance. The result is a cohesive, high-performing family home designed to support daily life with clarity, durability, and lasting craft.
