RESIDENTIAL REMODEL + ADDITION

This Denver Country Club home required a comprehensive approach to unify the original structure with a new addition. Duet Build led construction, creating continuity between old and new while strengthening how the home functions day to day. Significant structural intervention, including steel support hoisted by crane over the existing roofline, enabled the expansion and reconfiguration of key living spaces. Exterior detailing was refined to match the original architecture, with landscape and site elements developed in tandem. The result is a cohesive, enduring residence that preserves its Tudor character while supporting modern family life.
