RESIDENTIAL REMODEL + ADDITION

This historic Denver Country Club home called for a careful balance between preservation and renewal. While landmark codes protected the brick façade and wrought-iron details, Duet Build led a comprehensive interior reconstruction to create a more functional, refined living environment. In close coordination with the project team, the home was reconfigured and rebuilt to improve flow, proportion, and long-term livability. Considered detailing and disciplined execution hold the line between past and present. The result is a cohesive, classically grounded residence that honors its architectural heritage while supporting modern family life with two young children.
