FAQs

I understand that Duet Build is Duet Design’s sister company. Does that mean Duet Design only works with one builder?

Definitely not! We love our partnerships with general contractors across the state of Colorado, and while we sometimes collaborate with Duet Build, we also work happily with the contractor of our clients’ choosing.

I don’t know where to start my new home project. Can you help?

We’d be honored. We work on high-end, custom homes in a wide range of styles with many of Denver’s finest architects. We welcome the opportunity to meet you for an informational interview so you can learn more about our processes and people, and we can learn more about your goals for your new home.

We need a new kitchen. Is this a project Duet Build would take on?

We were on vacation when Duet Design completed the installation [of all design elements to our 1935 Tudor], and we returned to a stunning, beautiful, warm home. We are delighted with the final result, and highly recommend Duet Design for anyone looking to transform a house into a home!

This firm takes the painstaking time to meet with you numerous times, has you touch fabrics, react to colors—all sorts of hands-on activities. Then they go to their “lab” and create your design. Their team is incredible with communication, ordering, and customer service. Every single detail [of our home] was implemented without any sort of delay, issue, or concern.
