They say time flies when you’re having fun. Well, growing one of the most successful interior design companies in Colorado must be a blast because before they knew it, a decade had passed, and Devon Tobin and Miranda Cullen had done just that. Duet Design Group was the brainchild of these two ambitious women who were lucky enough to find their callings early on in life and continue it together. They started in a carriage house and have continued strolling down this path side by side for ten years. When one stumbles, the other is standing by, ready to steady the course. We sat down with Devon and Miranda to reflect on the past decade together and get to know these entrepreneurs a little better.

Devon and Miranda are living examples of when they say opposites attract. Where one struggles, the other excels. These differences have been advantageous in their work lives because they can each take hold of distinct aspects of the business to create an effective balancing act. This recipe for success has taken them from Devon’s mother’s carriage house to a completely renovated office full of eager faces.
We asked some of those who work closest to them to weigh in on these two. Let’s see what they had to say.
