About the Foundation

We founded the Duet Design Group Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3), because we believe that everyone should have access to relaxing, beautiful environments. Through our years in the business, we discovered that if a person is comfortable with where they live and work, they are happier, more productive, and more confident in everything they do. That's why it's the mission of the Duet Design Group Foundation to bridge the gap between interior design and the general public, and why we seek to improve the lives of residents of the Denver area who are unable to take advantage of professional design services by creating healing and soothing environments that would otherwise not be available to such individuals.

Foundation Members


Lezlie brings over 30 years of experience to Duet, having run a high profile medical practice, conducting bookkeeping for a startup technology company, and volunteering extensively in the Denver community, while raising four children. Lezlie manages the day to day activity of Duet, as well as keeping the finances in order. In her spare time, Lezlie plays golf, bridge, reads and hangs out with friends and family, and enjoys time with her grandchildren.

Joshua Sroge began his 25-years and counting career in New York City, working part-time in the mailroom of a music agency where he worked his way up to Controller prior to relocating to Colorado in 1995. His professional experience spans various industries with a focus on business analysis, budgeting and forecasting, accounting and financial reporting, project management and process improvement, ERP & IT systems, business process expertise, HR & organizational engineering, legal and compliance issues, and growth and equity strategies. In more recent years, Joshua has worked with early to mid-stage technology companies to raise capital, develop infrastructure, and enable commercialization. He also works with FireStone CFO to provide strategic consulting to clients across many industries. He has volunteered his time both with the Emergency Family Assistance Association in Boulder by serving on their Finance Committee, and with the CU.......

Joshua Sroge

Tim Buese joined the Duet Design Group Foundation Board in 2014. Tim is retired from Abbott Laboratories, where he was responsible for Global US Military sales. Prior to his tenure at Abbott Laboratories, he was an International Sales Director for Experimental and Applied Sciences (EAS) in Golden CO. In addition to his service for Duet, Tim serves as a Director for the Four Seasons Vail and volunteers at Graland Country Day School. He holds a BBA from Western Michigan University and an MBA from Regis University. Tim lives in Denver, Colorado with his wife and three children.

Tim Buese

Strategic entrepreneur with an eye for creativity and design perfection, who continuously excels in every aspect of interior design. From the onset of her career, Cullen took the model home industry by storm, mentoring and managing successful design teams through thoughtful leadership. With well over 800 homes in her portfolio, Miranda has been recognized by her peers with multiple awards and accolades. A strong personal following of residential and commercial clients from California to Colorado repeatedly seek out Cullen’s professional expertise. Miranda views every project as a unique puzzle, challenging her to create designs that surpass client’s expectations. Cullen’s work has been featured on Houzz, LUXE magazine, Colorado Homes & Lifestyles and nationally recognized by the Home Builders Association. Fulfilling a lifetime dream of giving back, Cullen recently launched a foundation with business partner Tobin extending their design services through charitable activities.

Miranda Cullen

Creative, multi-faceted entrepreneur and interior designer who has the capacity to take the fear out of change while providing her clients with the vision to imagine the possibilities. Many have said Devon’s personality is contagious with the unique ability to excite and inspire. She designs with function before form, understanding how spaces will be used prior to design. Even before professional training, Devon could create environments that attracted those around her. Certified in sustainable design, Devon strives to become an advocate for the Tiny House Nation. Her expansive and diverse portfolio has not gone unnoticed attracting clientele across both commercial and residential markets. A fourth generation Colorado native, Devon graduated from both University of Colorado Boulder and Art Institute of Colorado. Tobin’s work has been featured in LUXE magazine, 5280 Home and Denver Life Home + Design.
