What’s your favorite part of the process?

Watching the design come to life. When we pull samples, walk a jobsite, or step into a space that’s just gone vertical—it all clicks. Install days are my favorite. There’s a little chaos, a lot of movement, and a huge sense of payoff. It reminds me of watching HGTV with my mom growing up—but this time, we’re the ones making it happen.

A recent contribution you’re proud of?

Honestly, the growth in our 3D renderings. Every round gets better. It’s been really cool taking 2D elevations and running them through AI to give our clients a more tangible vision. The work just keeps evolving.

What’s always on your desk?

Sticky notes. All shapes, all colors. And headphones—for podcast breaks that help reset the brain mid-day.

Something you’ve never put on your resume…

I once went paragliding off the Italian Dolomites with a guide who barely spoke English. He said run—I ran. He said jump—I jumped. We overshot the landing because of wind, and although he was laughing to keep me calm, the GoPro footage told a different story.

Also: I build epoxy furniture with my dad. Coffee tables, cutting boards, custom lamps. It started as a weekend thing and turned into a shared family hobby. I still dream about having my paintings in a real studio art show one day.

What are you into lately?

New skills, new hobbies, and anything that stretches my comfort zone. I’ve been learning drone videography, jumping into hip-hop dance classes, and trying new workouts as a way to meet people. Someone once told me that if there are limits, they’re probably self-imposed. I’ve been running with that.

Best part of working at Duet?

Every single one of us touches the work. It feels collaborative in the truest sense. Plus, I get in at least one deep laugh a day—and that’s no small thing.

One piece of advice you’d give a client?

Trust the process. Letting go of control—especially in design—isn’t easy. But when you do, there’s space for surprise, for beauty, for something better than you imagined. That’s where the good stuff happens.
